1. Using Notelyf

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Notelyf. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Notelyf.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and be responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, tasks, files, messages, and other content you add. You give Notelyf permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or share your content and that it does not violate another person's rights or the law.

3. Shared Spaces and study rooms

Content you place in a shared Space or public study room may be visible to other participants. Room hosts may manage participants and room settings. Treat other people respectfully and only share information you are comfortable making available in that room.

• Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, or exploit another person.
• Do not post unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape accounts, or introduce malicious code.

4. Plans, trials, and payments

Available features, prices, billing periods, and renewal details are shown in Notelyf or at checkout. If a trial is offered, its duration and access are shown in your account. A trial does not create a charge unless you choose a paid option and authorize checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. If you cancel, paid access normally continues through the current paid period. Payments and refunds are handled under the checkout terms presented by our payment provider and any rights required by law.

5. Third-party services

Notelyf may connect with services such as Google, Spotify, payment processors, and live communication providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you choose to use them. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Notelyf reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. We may update features and these terms as the product develops. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email when practical.

7. Suspension and ending your account

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect people, enforce these terms, respond to legal requirements, or secure the service. You may stop using Notelyf at any time and may contact us for help closing your account.

8. Responsibility

Notelyf is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
